Radiant subdivision

Hello everyone! 

I am trying to find a way to subdivise a surface that has a hole in the center and subdivise it in a radiant way like on this picture : 
Is there a way to do this on Grasshopper with only the surface (that can be uneven )as input and in the best case, the number of surface wanted with there area?
