Radial Vector on an attractor boarder.

Hi guys!

I'm pretty new at Grasshopper. It is an amazing software, but I have some issues I have to deal with.

Is there a way, to transform the rectangle vectors in code into a radial one? My idea was to course the tears like a flower flake.

The biggest tears would be placed in the center, and the smallest near the curve boarder
