Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I'm trying to create an ABAB pattern for a building facade study that varies in width by using a slider to increase or decrease the opaque vs transparent (metal panels vs windows) relationship. I managed to build a definition using lines that move with a slider, but the initial line remains visible causing a little visual confusion.

Maybe a better approach is to loft surfaces for each opaque panel that get thinner or wider with a slider. This would also help to understand solid vs void.

Can anyone help with a lofted panel definition?

Also, to take it a step further, how can I get additional variations in the facade i.e. panels begin as a regular size & spacing then slowly change to larger or smaller, then end as the original sizes. Other variations are welcome.

The rhino file is attached to help clarify
