Questions for divide surface

Hi all,

I got a problem there, how could I give a specific height of first segment but the rest keep the same, when i try to divide a lofted close surface(a Brep). I tryed to use divide the surfaces and feed in isotrim, but the problem is i can only get a equal division.

could anyone help me out there...
