Putting abnormal holes into a layered cylinder?

Hi everyone!

I really need some help with my uni project.

The problem: I have a layered cylindrical shape and my design requires me to make some abnormal perforations within these layers (to give it that onion skin layered effect)

I can do it on rhino no problem, but Grasshopper is proving to be a challenge for me, so any help is greatly appreciated. I've attached an image of the rhino model to give you an idea of what I want.
