Pull Curves to Polyline

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help, I am trying to pull this curves into the poly lines in the center. This is going to be weave using a robotic arm but due to how it works we need to add a safe distance to the digital making it not look as how its suppose to end up looking. 

Is there a way to pull all the curves on the outside towards the curves on the inside? Almost as if the outside curves were rubber bands and the inner vertical ones were metal sticks meaning the Z curves will just stay as they are but the outside ones will became the shape of the vertical ones as they are constrain by them.
