Proliferation of plastic strips

Hi, I'm trying to proliferate a form by attaching laser cut plastic strips. The strips are connected at the end points and at the center. There are three holes at both the ends of each strip. Based on how I connect the the ends, the curvature of the form varies. I am trying to make a grasshopper definition for this but I'm not sure if its correct. I don't know how to keep the end points joined and to apply some rotation to the vectors.
