Project lines from points

Hi everyone, 

I have a rookie question I hope you guys can help me with. Basically, I would like to project straight lines in the x and y direction from the four points of the inside rectangle till the meet the lines of the outside rectangle.

Basically like this:

Anyone has any ideas how I should go about doing it?
