Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi

I am trying to project curves onto multiple surfaces that overlap each other. The issue is I want the first surface it projects the curves to to essentially block the ones behind it. So I get left over curves until there is either nothing left to project or until there are no more surfaces.

After that would be to take those curves and create a closed loop so I can create a surface from those new projected curves. Ignore this for now unless this part is easily done.

Thanks!

Hi!

Funny stuff! .... like...shadows?

Sorry, but I haven't managed to understand your definition.

From what you have written I've done this:

Try it and see if it helps somehow.

Description bubbles inside.

If you need more help, ask! :D

Good luck!

Yes a shadow is exactly what I am working with! Wow this is incredible. It is definitely more advanced for me to grasp 100% but I do understand the big picture ideas. Thank you so much for putting in the time to figure this out.
