Problem with pixel wall panels intersections (branches intersection problems)

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me with this definition of the pixel wall that I'm working on.


The main issue is that i want to obtain the intersections between all the panels.

First of all, I've organised the panes in vertical branches, operating with the adjacent
through a shifted list (path mapper method or manually method working with series and tree branches).

But the intersection between shifted branches doesnt work. Working with branch lists doesn't work, which I think is the quickest method for obtaining this intersections. It doesn't work shifting them by the path mapper method even shifting them manually with tree branches, but if you make a manual intersection of two branches it works. 

So I was wondering if there is a way to solve it by the quickest way possible (in gh definition terms).

The script works with any 2D curve drawn in Rhino.
