Problem with perforation

Hi,

firstly i must tell, that my english is poor. So really sorry for that.
Secondly as in topic, i have some problems with perforation of loft surface.

My question is, somebody can take a look at files below, and call me what is wrong? (at end i have to connect loft and surface split, but that generated a lot of surfaces. I want one perforated surface)
