Problem with file

Hi! Im having a problem with this file. When I bake the thing the Rhino file gets really heavy and it is impossible to work with. Even if I export the baked stuff to use it in Autocad, it is really heavy there too.

I use the grasshopper definition with this rhino file to set up the main geometry. The rhino file has many circles which are the points where the hole definition starts.

Im only baking lines, no surfaces.

the third file is the one that has the baked stuff.

Is it possible that the file is damaged? because i cant find the problem!
