Problem with intersectionpoints (curve - curve)

Hello Guys,

I've made a hexagonal grid, where I offseted the lines of the grid. Now i'm trying to get the intersectionpoints of those offsetlines and then make a polyline of each hexagon. 

But it isn't working right, I think that the problem is located in getting the intersection points of the offsetlines.

(I'm using the latest version of Grasshopper with Rhinoceros v4)

Is there anyone who could help me?
