problem - seris+scale

Would someone help me - I can't comprehense what's wrong with the first polygon in series, it's value is zero and that's why it isn't scaled

I did not understand the problem clearly but, ,if you know the zero is a problem you should change it to 1? Does not that solves the problem ?
