Problem making polylines and lofting them

Hi,

I would like to ask you some help. I created two polylines, subdivided them, made lines connecting the points, morevover there is a addtional curve that is controlled by middle point movement up/down. Problem is: How to create a polyline between division points, and how to loft created polylines?
