Problem joining multisurface extrusion

Hi! I'm from Spain, so first of all, forgive me if I commit any mistake writing in english.

I have a mesh that I wanted to have some thickness in grasshopper, so I moved every face individually picking up its normal vector. The problem is, once moved each face, there's a gap between those moved faces, and I dont know how to join them keeping the same plane easily...

Muchísimas gracias.

Lo estaba enfocando desde mover las caras en sí, en vez de mover las aristas.
