algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everyone,

I need help for creating holes on a surface.

I followed this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLQuKrW9-YI

But somethings are wrong. In this video lines of holes are linear but when I tried they are curves, instead of straight lines. I think it's because my surface is different from the video. I will send this model to laser cutter so I need straight lines. How can I fixed it?

Or, at least, how can I create holes on my rectangular panels like the example photo below?

You've uploaded two 3dm files, its difficult to help in this case without a gh file.

Take a look at this to see if it is what you wanted.
Remember for next time to say if your definition requires any plugin.

You work with a double-curved surface, which means that it is very difficult to unroll the surface. But try to make a simpler surface, first as attached image, and if it does not work, you would have to planarize the rectangles to unroll each one.
