Printing Simulation. How simulate extrusion as effector moves along path

Hello, 

I am creating a simple animation of a hanging printer and want to simulate filament being extruded as the print effector/extruder travels along the curve. I am stuck with how to approach this problem and am looking for any suggestions. It would be great to ultimately have a pipe 'follow' the t parameter provided by the Evaluate Curve component as it is incremented.

Simplified version - 'Shatter' the reparameterized curve at the slider 't' point, use 'List Item' to get the first curve and 'Pipe' it?
