Preview wish

David, is it already possible to assign a key to the overall (not component) gh preview?  If not, I'd like to request one.  I'm not sure if I'd prefer to cycle through wireframe, shaded and off, or just toggle between off and the last used preview mode.  I would rather have one toggle key assigned, as opposed to two different keys the way the component preview is set up.

Also, is it possible to somehow be able to toggle the gh preview while Rhino has focus?  It would be great to easily toggle the gh preview while moving around inside viewports.
