PFRAME Rotate

Hello, guys. 

I would like to know if anyone can help me with this.

I have this simples script os connecting two lines and have a recutangular shape extruded along the curve. Some some of them are rotating and ohers are moving to the other side of the line like the second and third blue mark.

I would to know how do I have all the frames to the same direction or orientation.
