Post process volume??

Hello all, I just found a video about post processing in order to do visual adaptation to a scene, I was wondering if this is something possible through a camera, or even a script??

followed the link for the video, this is what i want to do, it doesn't have to be on the scene, it came be thought a rendering or a camera slider animation output...
