Porous structure (Khabazi's tutorial)

Hello,

Please excuse the ignorance of this question, but is there any way of adjusting the spacing of the chambers? i.e. I'd like to be able to adjust the porosity as per fig.2.33 on p.31 of the pdf. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
