Populating a surface with hair elements made with 3 control point curves

Hi everyone,

I am trying to combine 2 definitions:

one with a surface on which I place curves (on the surface grid points), which are then interpolated to react to several attractor points,

and a second one with e.g. 3 curves, based on which hair elements are built (with pipe variable component).

Is there anyway I can assign this curves on the grid points of the surface so as to get hair elements based on these curves shape and not just reacting to the attractor points?

Thanks

Hi,

A drawing or a file would help, but I'm guessing what you need is Surface Frames and Orient...

Hi Fred,

I attach 2 printscreens of the respective files, the hair elements made from 3 curves and the surface.

I have managed to populate this surface with hair elements in general but I can't combine these, mixing these 3 particular elements with the surface.
