Populate surface with hexagonal objects

Hy guys, i'm working on this element but I have some problem with it (see attachments).

I'm still a beginner in GH, and I appreciate very much if someone would help me.

In particular, my problem is populate every type of surfaces with my standard module.

As you can see my definition doesn't work too well: first of all results is not the same of what I want (see image) because cell aren't all hexagonal but there are a space between. Furthermore populate command have problem also with the height, infact if I move degree aperture of panel, shape changes.

I hope that someone has good tips. Thanks
