You can test the point that are inside the organic brep, and use the Dispatch component to filter the ones you want.

Or do you want to populate the skin of you brep?

Use the pop3d points to generate the 3d voronoi, then do the solid intersection (intersect your organic brep with resulting voronoi cells.
