Polar Curves from Excel data

I haven't read the all literature about the Excel input in GH and obviously I'm a little confused by the quantity of solutions.

Briefly what i need is to read some data from an Excel spreadsheet and design in Rhino polar curves.

The data in the cells are representing the name of the series (name of the curve), the angle in degrees and the vector value.

I believe it's a stupid thing but...if you don't know where to read...
