Points on curves that cut brep

Hello there.
I have been trying to solve my problem in many ways, but I didn't succeed.
The point is I have a brep, I have a lines and I have a modifier called "BREP | CURVE BCX" whicht finds points where the curve cutes brep.
So I have brep, lines and the modifier. I tried to flatten it and grafting it as well, but it doesn't work properly, it shows only a few points. So it works but not properly.
I've attached few screenshots to explain it.
The second step is to delete those curves from the list that cut the brep.
Any ideas?
