algorithmic modeling for Rhino

POINT NUMBER BY SELECTION

I am trying to make a mesh from scratch using points (vertices) amd connect them with edges to produce faces.

Can I have a visual feedback of the numbers of vertices i.e. 1 2 3 4 5 etc by the order I selected them?

Meshes in Rhino are defined only by vertices and faces. Edges are not part of the mesh definition, they are only computed as an afterthought.

You can use the PointList component to show numbered points on screen. Is that what you were after?
