Point mapping

I have some problems to map some intersection points in the right order onto unrolled curves. I hope someone has an idea how to fix that.

These points in the right order are important to be able to add a profile to the unrolled intersection points in order to fabricade this wavy surface.
Any hints are really appreciated.

Sorry guyes to ask again,
I am really close to get the right result. But still some mapped points do not work as they should.
See the attached image.

I think I did something wrong in the point papping part of the definition (see sceenshot). But I do not know what. As far as I know it should work. What I am doing wrong here????
It would be really great if someone could give me a hint how to solve this problem. Unfortunately it is a bid urgend, because of a delivery in the university.
