Point List Pattern

Hello, I need some help with this:

I have Two Data List of points;

For example

Data List 1:

 Point A

 Point B

 Point C

Data List 2:

 Point X

 Point Y

And I want to make independant Interpolated Curves with this pattern:

Curve 1: 

Point A

Point X

Point B

Curve 2:

Point B

Point Y

Point C
