Point Inside Brep Bug

Dear all,

I am quite new in phyton and I am strugling with a problem I don't know if It is something wrong in my concept or some bug in my brep.

I am writing a definition of a growing structure that start in the middle of a courtyard and grows over the buildings, but this structure should be avoiding to enter inside those buildings but my code is not getting there.

I would like to ask you if there is something I could change in this code to make the growing to respect a hexagonal grid rather than this rectangular one?
