Point Attractors on circles with Height in relation to diameter

Hi, is anyone able to help me with my current definition!

Currently it is a large relaxed surface with circles that vary in size from two attractor points. However i also need to link the circle size to height, I need to have it so the further the circles are from the Attractor point the longer the extrusion (in the Z direction)-which is the same as the circle diameter, the further away it gets the larger the diameter is. I'm not too sure how to accomplish this.

If anyone could take a look at my files and possibly tweak them it would be most appreciated!
