Point Attractor + Surface

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to "project" a point attractor grid set onto a curved surface.

I have a grid of circles set up with 2 attractor points. I'm trying take those circles and project on to a surface and basically Boolean out the circles from the surface to create a perforated mesh.

I have the 2 point attractor grid already set up but I'm having trouble apply that to a surface.
