#PLEASE HELP ME <How to make holes in certain surfaces( or mesh) >

I want to make a mesh which is attached file 2 ( mesh 1.jpg). But some elements of the mesh were crushed (mesh 2.jpg).

I want to re-crate the mesh which has equal area. I showed on the file 1. 

I made the mesh, mesh1.jpg, using Rhino's tool. I want to use grasshopper as much as I can. 

This is my ideal instructions.

1. set surface on Grasshopper.

2. set number sliders which is for mesh's X and Y divisions, and change a size of each area.

3. create a mesh based on No.2 settings. 

But I do not know what I should do....><..
