algorithmic modeling for Rhino

please-HELP

Hey,

I'm using the "populate 2d" to create random points.

 

I want to control those random points with an atrractor points- to control the density of the random points by pulling them to atrractos points.

How can I do it please?? (I have tried some ways but didnt succseed :(  )
