plane from mesh normal and edge

i want to spread a profil curve over a bunch of 3d-points (kurve centers). to define the rails that connect these points i use a delaunay mesh. now to be able to make the long direction of the profile poit upwars, i need to define plane at each vertex point of the mesh using the vertex normal. i tried to do this via mesh eval component, but i cant find what data to set fot P(parameter). any ideas or alternative approaches ? and thanks for any help !
