planar mesh/surface from overlapping intersecting lines

Hi guys, I'm having a problem trying to generate a surface/mesh based on the pattern below.

I have a series of lines generated from a reciprocal component that form boundary edges of equilateral triangles. I am trying to fill these in with mesh/surface faces

I have looked around on the forums and tried weaverbirds 'mesh from lines' which just spits out the hexagons in the centre. Im assuming that because the lines are not 'neat' and are slightly overlapping in most places the component disregards the cells completely.

I have attatched the 3dm with the lines as well as some screenshots of what I am trying to achieve. I am not too concerned about the edges of the surface which has very messy geometry.
