Piping Polylines

Hello everyone

I'm having problems piping a polyline I have created in grasshopper. I think the issue is that the polyline has not made one continuous curve but 3 connected curves. When I use the pipe command, the corners do not connect.

Bellow are pictures of my script, the result I am getting and the result I desire in that order. The polylines in my script are generated from points on a diagrid which I have generated from a swept surface.
