algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I'm just playing with circle packing, and I found this gif by Daniel Piker on this thread: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/photo/circle-packing-1

Could some body please explain to me the basic logic to this gif,  i understand the triangulation and circle creation, but what creates the expansion and stopping at the boundary curve?

I just need some steering or even component name so i know what to research.

Not sure I could help you with the logic.
But Daniel attached the definition here:

That definition from what i can tell doesn't include anything related to the boundary control.

I would say PullToSurf should be working (with surface defined as the disc defined by the circle boundary).

Or CollideSurf with the Brep defined as a thin cylinder from the bounday.

Add unary force from center of circle to point for the expansion.
