Perforated Mesh relaxation Help!!

Hi i need some urgent help with regards to making a Pre-perforated mesh box with four sides all of which have perforations on them. Then relaxing the mesh and seeing the resulting relaxation with the holes in it. This is for a design paper and i have tried but failed many times, i am supposed to see how the perforations (circles) react when the mesh surface is relaxed, instead of applying it post relaxation.

Any ideas on how to do this? I have the basic relaxation script but don't know what else to do with it. I know how to relax a basic mesh box from watching the three mesh relaxation tutorials. Attached is a photo of the poly-surface with one of the sides perforated just to show what i mean.
