algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Perforate a volume with cones

I am looking for a solution to perforate holes in volume.

I am making a natural light study, what I want is create light wells in a roof, to bring the light inside my building.

I am using Honeybee to make my light calculation.

So far i have done cones but what I want is that these cones would be holes in my roof.

Anyone have an idea ?

Not sure what you're looking for specifically, but in general you'd use Solid Difference.
