Partition List fails on 0 chunk size

I ran into a problem with the Partition List component. If a 0 is included in the list of chunk sizes, the output will only include the partitions up to the 0, not including it and not after.

Is this intentional behavior or is this a bug? any ideas for a quick fix? the process i used to make my expected output data is included in the gh file.
