parent pugin error??

I have just started receiving an error that i have not seen before and i cannot quite understand where it is coming from. It is a message box which reads "plugin commands must pass a pointer to their parent plugin, your command class constructor should look like MyPluginCommand::MyPluginCommand():CRhinoCommand(false,false,Plugin())" the command which it uses works fine if i omit a call to an external dll that i have. Is this error related to the visual studio version that i am using? I am still running 2005, i know i need to make the switch here soon. It seems to appeared from no where considering just a few days ago the command was working properly. Additionally if i go through and close all of the error messages the command seems to work correctly but grasshopper stops allowing me to copy objects and seems to not allow some simple commands. Any Idea of what is happening?
