Parcelization in block

Hi, Im not very experienced in rhino but I came with a problem 

when i tryed to do some parcels to my geometry. I want to add some subdivisions 

to the geometry in between the chamfer rectangle and the interior offset, but i dont know

how since it has to do perpendicular, same dimension but able to control the number of segments.

does anyone have any experience doing this!

any help would be awesome!
