Parametric roof

I am trying to recreate the Kakamigahara crematorium and its parametric roof... and I need your help!

So far the problems are two - poor info online (plans, sections, roof) and no idea how can I construct the roof itself via Rhino/GH.

I am attaching some photos + some sort of roof topography plan. How is this plan created?

I already got an answer from peter fotiadis, for which I thank him big time, but was rather a more complicated solution than I imagine.
