Parametric House

Hi, how's everyone?
I need a very special help, I hope somebody could give me some answers of what I'm trying to do.
I'm working on a definition of a house, right now I can configurate the size of areas, but as you can notice (def. attached here) I can only change the size of the rooms but not their position.
Did someone has do something like that before?

In resume: I just need that those rooms change their position but didn't separate from the house.
