Paneling (triangular or quad) of a non-planar 3-sided surface

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create triangular paneling on a non-planar 3-sided surface. I'm trying to achieve the same result as the tools in the Lunchbox plugin for 4-sided surfaces. 

In my file i have three differently curved curves which form the outline of the surface. Then in grasshopper i use the Edge Surface command to create my surface. After that i'm stuck! 

Hopefully someone has some useful insights into the problem and thanks in advance!
