Paneling Tools, grid perimeters

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to seek help here regarding Diagrid-ing a two way surface using Paneling Tools.

Only the grids with full 4 vertices get generated in to cells and the incomplete ones along the edges are ignored. I wish to have the effect of those being fully paneled and just trimmed at that curve line which I call the footprint. I have seen from another post that initiating with a larger, more extended, surface allow those panel to be generated and all I would have to do would be to trim them, however in my case, i need full control of the footprint curve so I would rather not go that direction.
