Paneling double curve surface

Hi

I am new to grasshopper and have found the forums very helpful. I have browsed through quite a few discussions about paneling double curved surfaces. But still have not been able to solve my problem.

I would like to panel the top and bottom floor from a section of a building. Ideally, I would like the panels be rectangular and double curved to follow the geometry of the surface (ideal panels.jpg). 

But the problem with my geometry is that it is faceted with too many faces for me to subdivide the surface as clean as possible. Is it possible to rebuild this surface with less faces?

Any help/advice would be appreciated :)
