Panel Rotation Problem

Hi all,

I'm new to GH and I am trying to figure how to rotate panels in a particular way. The picture (as shown below) I am rotating the panels with the SERIES command. This allows for the rotation of panels to go from left to right.

My question is: is there a way to start the rotation of panels from the middle to Left/Right (inside/outside)?
